The Art of Tofu Making:

During the war, my grandfather was a soldier, and my grandmother cooked meals for the soldiers on the front lines. Every day, she made tofu due to the difficulties in wartime – food was hard to transport. Later, she passed this skill on to my father, and my father taught us. We follow the same practices: growing soybeans without chemicals and making tofu from organic soybeans.
